RIMANSI has constituted the Financial Risk & Review Committee (FRRC) of the Association, which was held last March 16, 2015 in Mandaluyong City.
Essentially, the FRRC was created as an independent committee composed of professionals coming from the insurance, banking and development sectors duly appointed by the Solvency & Risk Protection Committee (SRPC) of the RIMANSI Board. The primary role of the FRRC is to review and analyze risks, and operational and financial reports, and to make recommendations to improve the performance of the Mi-MBA members of the Mutual Security of the Association.
Ms. Ma. Eleonore Sanchez, a retired regulator from the Insurance Commission, was unanimously voted by the members as its Chairperson during the Committee’s first meeting. Other members of the Committee include Mr. Robert Abao, Mr. Camilo Casals, Mr. Panfilo dela Paz and Mr. Wilfredo Llanto.
