    A learning opportunity integrated in fun-filled activities dubbed as Palarong Sari-Sari Sure debuted in Calbayog City, Samar and participated by 28 storeowners within the area. The first microinsurance roadshow was made possible through the joint effort of RIMANSI and CARD insurance group.   • New microinsurance product for sari-sari store owners introduced

    Twenty-seven microinsurance coordinators (MICs) and microinsurance supervisors (MISs) were oriented on Sagip Negosyo product and procedures in subsequent forums held in Calbayog and Basey, Samar last November 8 and December 13. The forums, jointly organized by RIMANSI and CARD insurance group, intend to familiarize the frontliners on the product features, claims and enrollment procedures, remittance and claims requirements. More so, the orientation emphasized their roles in promoting Sagip Negosyo as a means to manage risks (i.e. typhoon, flood, fire) in their business. Resource persons include key personnel from CPMI and CaMIA.

  • Training of Trainers on Effective Presentation aimed to build on microinsurance education

    RIMANSI, with the support of Canadian Co-operative Association (CCA), conducted a three-day Training of Trainers on Effective Presentation last July 18-20. The training aimed to equip the participants with the necessary knowledge, skills, and strategies to effectively facilitate microinsurance education programs.
